Second Sock Syndrome vanquished!
I've had "Sheri's Lace Sock" on the needles since early 2006. After finishing the first sock, the second was a non-starter for a very long time.
But in the passt week, I've cast on, and actually turned the heel. I'm in the home stretch! Hopefully.

congratulations.... socks are something else... I only be able to enjoy knitting socks in the winter time.
